HPBC is committed to the security and safety of our players, coaches and staff. While we try to make the process of volunteering very simple we do ask for several pieces of documentation from all of our on-field volunteers. Click Here to volunteer at Holiday Park Baseball Club .
Volunteer Instructions: To ensure the saftey and welfare of our players we ask that you complete the following steps if you are coaching or volunteering on the field of play at the park. You must fill out and sign the Volunteer Waiver to give consent for a background check and the Code of Conduct below before you can take the field or work with players as a coach or assistant coach. - Fill out in the Volunteer Application Waiver Follow the instructions on the form.
- Attach a photocopy of your valid government issued photo ID to the Waiver form.
- Read and sign the HPBC Code of Conduct form.

- Mail the Waiver and the Code of Conduct to our office at:
